Gary Palmer

Gary Palmer was the Co-Founder and COO of WildCard Systems since it’s start-up in the electronic payments industry in 1997.  There, he was responsible for a wide range of operational, product development, and corporate strategy initiatives. WildCard was purchased by eFunds for $229+ million in 2006, where Gary continued in his role as COO of WildCard while assuming executive duties for eFunds. eFunds was subsequently acquired by Fidelity National for some $1.8 billion. Recognized as an industry expert, he is frequently quoted by leading publications and speaks at conferences, workshops and other events around the world focused on payment cards, banking, and emerging payment technologies. He’s also a founding director of the National Branded Prepaid Card Association and serves on the board of the Center for Financial Services Innovation. Gary is part of an Industry Advisor’s Forum of the Payment Card Center at the Philadelphia Federal Reserve Bank and leads panels related to cards and/or payments at numerous events sponsored by Federal Reserve Banks around the country.

Chris Cruttenden

Chris Cruttenden has background that includes entrepreneurial and consulting experience with companies ranging from technology startups to Fortune 500. Chris started his career as a copywriter at DGWB a Southern California Advertising Agency winning several national awards for advertising excellence. Chris then crossed over to the solutions side of technology and Co-Founded E*OFFERING. At E*OFFERING he helped to pioneer online access to IPOs and establish the largest retail distribution network of its time. In 2000 E*OFFERING was sold to WitSoundview for $350 Million.

Chris recognized the increasing demand for Web-based enrollment, distribution and tracking platforms in the financial services industry and responded by Co-Founding NetChemistry in 2000. Under Chris’s direction, NetChemistry quickly landed multiple global investment banks as clients and became recognized as the leader in the online private equity offering space. In 2005, Chris guided NetChemistry into the Health Care Sector by working with Orange County’s MSI program to create AuthMed, an electronic enrollment and eligibility determination system. Then introduced “The Four Pillars of Health Technology” consisting of Enrollment, Census Tracking, ER Connect and Clinic Connect via NetChemistry Systems, where Chris currently serves as President.

Larry Willard

Larry Willard is current owner and publisher for Castle Quay Books Canada and BayRidge Books, two imprints that are dedicated to Canadian authors and interests in the Christian community. Castle Quay Books has grown in just 8 years to become the largest non-denominational Christian publishing company in Canada. CQB has won over 16 awards for their titles and several books are again nominated for 2008 title categories.

Larry also served for 9 years as VP of Corporate Communications and Alumni Affairs for Tyndale University College and Seminary Canada's largest institution of its kind in Canada. He also consulted for several Christian ministries including Evangelical Fellowship of Canada, Christian Broadcasting Associates and Christian Television System in Burlington.

For more than 25 years he worked in the corporate sectors including a long stint (17 years) with Xerox Corporation and four years with Apple Computers in senior management and marketing/promotions. He has over 35 years experience in institutional development, marketing/communications, business consulting, private education, not-for-profit management, the computer high-tech sector, and several publishing sectors. He has a broad background in marketing, PR, communications, resource development, fundraising, customer service, operations, sales and administration gained during a successful career in both the profit and not-for-profit sectors.

Larry worked extensively in the retail and trade channels for many years interacting with the entire Christian community including churches and para-church ministries. He has a good working relation with Canada’s leading secular and Christian media and broadcasting communication groups.

Richard Serrentino

Richard Serrentino joins the Optimum Interactive (USA) Ltd. Advisory Board to head the Company’s Intelligence and Corporate Security efforts. As OTMI continues to apply for patents on its Organizational Network and Systems, its operating trade secrets have become more valuable to government agencies and corporate entities.

Over the past 21 years, Richard has served a myriad of clients, agencies and corporations. As a retired New York City Police Department detective, Richard was assigned to the Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) along with the FBI, and other Federal agencies after the attacks on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001, where he was granted Top Secret clearance. Richard has also worked with the NY District Attorney’s Offices, and the New York State Inspector General’s Office where he was responsible for investigating and interviewing employees involved with suspected corruption.

Richard’s years of experience working with the Central Investigative Team, and as a United States Deputy Marshal in New York, will afford Optimum Interactive a measure of security and introduction to potential government clients well into the future.
