CelectData™ is a web-based application that can be accessed by any web browser. It utilizes a combination of graphical and textual controls that make using the database system easy for any users. Through the main menu, you can:

• Easily add a single member or group of members
• Updating member profiles can be accomplished by the member or administrator
• Robust search function allows the organization to find a single member or group of members

Perhaps the single most important component of CelectData™ is its ability to update itself automatically. Through regular use of an organization’s activity, updates to the database are made in real-time. No longer is there a need to manually enter data, which lends itself to mistakes and inaccuracy. When a national headquarter utilizes CelectData™ can be integrated with throughout an organization from a sub or local group to the parent or national headquarter. As activities are recorded at any level, the central database is updated in real-time.
